Tis the season!

The Harbourside Christmas Market launches on November 23rd and we’ve programmed an all-slinging, all-dancing line up of Bristol’s best street food who’ll be cooking on the quayside.

From Argentine-inspired steak sandwiches to authentic Indian eats, here’s a quick introduction to some of the top eats you’ll find on the Waterfront.

NYC Eats bring the yuge Yuletide flavours from the Big Apple to the streets of Bristol.

Buoy’s resident Noo Yawker, Josh Carson, serves up authentic American-style hot dogs and Philly cheesesteaks in no short supply, that’ll take you on a culinary journey to downtown Manhattan, minus the jet lag.

NYC Eats, that’s what dreams are made of.

Dawson’s Bakery

Since his days as head baker at the now much-missed Bell’s Diner, Simon Dawson has wasted no time raising the bakery game for Bristol’s street food scene. Expect pheNOMenal custard tarts, banging pasties, and artisan sausage rolls served hot and fresh out of the oven.

GRATE

Grate Somerset is a gooey, oozy celebration of the best Somerset has to offer. That means a mind-blowing melting pot of artisan cheeses, free-range meat and the seasonal fruits of the county’s orchards. Smoked Montgomery Cheddar, crab apple and blackberry jelly toastie, anyone?

High Steaks

Omar’s Kitchen

Omar’s Kitchen have been dishing up Indian-inspired street eats to a doting Bristol following for nearly a year now. If you’re after fresh pakoras, sizzling samosas, grilled meats, and big Indian salads that’ll make you want to shout OMARGOSH, make a beeline for the queue in front of Omar’s Kitchen.

Spud Station
